Chicken with Creamy Peanut Satay Sauce

Ingredients:

Chicken

500g chicken breast, skin removed and cut into strips

2 tblsp soy sauce 

Pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

 

Sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

3 tblsp natural peanut butter

1/4 cup milk

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp honey

1 tsp soy sauce

 

Method:

1. In a large bowl, combine chicken strips with soy sauce and pepper. 

2. Heat oil to non-stick fry pan and add chicken. Grill for 4 minutes on each side. 

3. In a small bowl, combine all the peanut sauce ingredients. 

4. Dip dip chicken in sauce and enjoy!
