What to expect:

1. An Initial consultations will take about one hour, where Delfa will get to know you and your family and assess your child's growth, medical and feeding history, dietary intake and may observe your child during a mealtime session. The plan will include realistic and practical advice that takes into account you child's nutrient requirements, food intolerances, food preferences, medical needs, growth and developmental needs. The plan may include meal plans, recipes, feeding regimes and sensory desensitisation and mealtime behaviour strategies to help you achieve your child and family’s feeding goals.
